Huge language barrier from the staff to owner. Extremely difficult to try to communicate even your order. Then the rudeness. Every time I am there staff is terrible. Such a lack of respect for the customer. I vote with my dollars and I will not be back.

Bagel Beanery in Grand Rapids served up a warm and satisfying breakfast with fresh, flavorful bagels. our veggie supreme on tomato basil was especially delicious. The coffee was smooth, and the service was impressively prompt, with a kind server who happily customized our order to perfection. A cozy, reliable spot for a quick yet thoughtful start to your day.

What a cool little shop. Staff is super friendly. Vibes are immaculate with plants everywhere. Even have a little library in the back. Excellent place for studying. Bagels are delicious too

This place has the best bagel in West Michigan! I ordered bagel sandwich combo. Outside of bagel was crispy and inside was as soft as cotton. Sauce was amazing and the ingredients especially tomato and lettuce was very fresh. The store was clean and the employees were kind and nice. Service was quick, I think it took me less than a minute and half for me to receive my food. I am a big fan of bagel sandwich, so far this place had the best flavor and service in West Michigan. I would definitely recommend this place. They also have all-day breakfast and lunch :)

This place is the real deal. Excellent bagels! You cannot beat the quality and taste. Every other week, I purchase a bakers dozen of my favorite. I freeze them and reheat them for breakfast with whatever I feel like that morning. Not only are they delicious, it helps with morning meal planning. My top 3- Salsa Jack, Asiago Cheese, Onion
